HR Data and Analytics Manager

The HR Data and Analytics Manager is responsible for designing and implementing a people analytics/reporting strategy and approach that drives value to the business by providing insights and actionable recommendations around Westfield's workforce. The position proactively assesses the talent risks for Westfield, evaluates the effectiveness of human capital practices, sharpens the value propositions of human capital incentives, and is responsible for all aspects of Westfield's HR reporting.


Direct experience with Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management reporting and dashboard capabilities, including Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics module.
3+ years of successful, progressively responsible experience influencing senior leadership and critical stakeholders.
5+ years of experience applying Human Resource practices and processes that directly align with the specific responsibilities for this position.
Experience applying broad strategic knowledge and experience to effectively analyze, understand, and provide recommendations to influence business decision making.

Ability to travel as required.
