Third Shift Opening
Die Set Technicians must perform coursework to complete Press Training Program to a Level 2 at a minimum. Level 3 training is recommended, but not a requirement to hold a position as a Die Set Technician.
Maintain and attendance point level no higher than 10 points. Exceeding this level will disqualify them from the program.
If a die crash occurs, which is the direct result of a large run of scrapped product, a single strike will be received. If a die crash occurs, which is a result of resetting the press fault without following proper procedures, a single strike will be received. If 3 strikes are accumulated for a given operator within 12 months, that Die Set Technician will be disqualified from the program

High School / GED (preferred)
Experience
Must be mechanically inclined, and have initiative to drive improvement to meet established performance goals.
Must work to acquire acceptable training to operate a crane and forklift.
