How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Job Description Summary:  The Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) Manager will lead our bulk initiative to create and execute a sales and operations planning process. This process will be aimed at developing high quality sales forecasts that incorporate historical data, business insight and cross functional inputs. This forecast will improve product availability, optimize inventory levels throughout our bulk supply chain, and improve efficiencies throughout our internal operations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, mathematics or related field.

5 years of experience in sales and operation planning

Solid understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting and supply chain

Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Google applications & Smartsheets

Ability to operate custom supply chain software (ALTO, PI)

Experience in Power BI preferred
