Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Community (IC) Business Analyst to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.  This position will function as part of a team providing program management support. The business analyst will assist the customer with acquiring, tracking, visualizing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data to enhance program management processes.  Primary responsibilities include data aggregation, data normalization, and data visualization aimed at creating informative and intuitive dashboards to alert leadership and drive programmatic decisions.

The work is in support of both Intelligence Community and Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

Job Duties:


Aggregate data from multiple sources and transform data sets to drive analysis and visualization
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand business processes, define data requirements, and develop data driven insights
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
Develop compelling visualizations and dashboards to expand access to data and analysis
Work with customer experts to inform leadership on appropriate statuses and advise an courses of action
Provide information and analytic support for acquisition efforts
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:


Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
Bachelors' degree in business analytics, business administration, data science, or a related field
5+ years' experience in a mix of data analysis, data visualization, and business analysis
Experience with Excel, Tableau, and SQL for data analysis and visualization
Experience using data analysis to drive strategic and operational business decisions
Knowledge of data governance principles and methodology for enterprise data management
Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel

Desired Qualifications:


Masters' degree in business analytics, data analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field
Experience working with Python, SQL, and APIs for data analysis and visualization
Experience with creating SharePoint lists and forms
Experience with Tableau Server
Experience working with the Air Force VAULT program
