Machinist / Specialized Machinist - Gear Cutter - Akron-Canton, Ohio - JOB 23-00216

Salary Range: $65k - $70k Permanent Position with Benefits.

Akron-Canton, Ohio area company is seeking a Machinist with experience operating manual gear cutting machines.

REQUIREMENTS
• High School graduate
• 3+ years' experience running manual gear hobbers, using Barber-Coleman Hob Sharpeners
• Ability to interpret Technical Drawings
• Exceptional math capabilities
• Familiar with micrometers and calipers
• Experience operating cranes and lift trucks in a factory environment
• Past experience with the following gear cutting machines preferred: G&E's, Barber-Colemans, Newarks, Pfauters, Nihons and Muirs.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check
