Job Description

Are you an experienced Technology Product Manager looking for an outstanding opportunity?
What the day will look like
The person in this role will develop relationships within the Facultative reinsurance business and work closely with technology to deliver high quality software! Close partnership with the business, maintain a robust product roadmap, producing cost/benefit analysis and delivering on stated benefits within budget.

This person will work with the business to document user stories, translate them to the development team and usher the development into production.

Conduct research related to solving sophisticated problems and understanding trends that help support business and IT strategies. Works with one or more sophisticated projects.

Maintain an acceptable level of technical and business proficiency to be an advocate

for our business to deliver outstanding technology to leap-frog our competition.

Keep abreast of current market trends that serve to inform the overall roadmap.
Skills and Experience that will lead to success.
Generally, a minimum of 8 years of business experience within Technology.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create executive presentations.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong communication skills.
Consulting background a plus.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $160,000 - $170,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
