They work as a team to produce high quality components, catch errors, and resolve issues on the fly throughout every single day. They take ownership and strive to produce the very best every day.

Job Description

Responsible for the quality of the work they produce
Performs vital tasks to operate the machine(s) they are assigned to
Accurately performs all required inspections and documents-records their inspection results per requirements.
Packages and labels parts accurately per requirements
Insures the machines are running to performance requirements
Insures product quality - scrap is being, controlled and accurately identified
Adheres to all required safety practices including use of required PPE (personal protection equipment)
Insures all machine safeguards are in place during machine operations.
Completes all required documentation and insures their accuracy and timeliness of completion
Enters required information into the XPPS system using designated shop floor computer terminals
Performs and completes all required operator preventative maintenance tasks
Performs all required housekeeping duties including any required 5S tasks (tap & go)
Follow all trained work instructions as required
Communicate process status to other associates effectively

Required Skills and Education

High School diploma or GED
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide simple numbers
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
Ability to use equipment as trained
Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment
Must be shift flexible, including weekends as required
Basic blueprint reading
Work well with others
Good attendance
