Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our jobsite support and warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, inventory management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders from Operations as part of a team of 12 across two warehouse locations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing, order fulfillment and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize procurement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Work together with the jobsite support team to provide the customer what they need when they need it.
  • Utilize inventory management processes in, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Safety, Operations, and Support Operations, to align purchasing activities with overall company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on purchasing activities, costs, and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement management, preferably within the tooling or safety supply industry.
  • Proven experience in working with a team to achieve a common goal.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
