LPN

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is a consulting firm currently contracted by the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) to increase the number of in-home services in Ohio by assisting applicants to become enrolled as providers.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)perform skilled nursing tasks within their scopes of practice. Can work full-time or part-time.  Can be employed as an independent contractor or for an agency. Example Job Duties: Provide services within the nurse’s scope of practice, LPN’s must be supervised by RN’s, perform duties in accordance with Individual’s Plan of Care, Supervisory duties in the agency setting. 

Minimum Qualifications:  Age 18+, Photo ID, Social Security card, ability to read, write and understand English, background check, Possess a current, valid and unrestricted Ohio nursing license.  Independent Provider Reimbursement Rate $$48.00 for the first hour worked.  $6.24 for each additional 15 minutes worked. 

Agency employee wages are at the discretion of the employer.  When working with a Managed Care Organization, your rates will be determined through your contract with them.
