Public Consulting Group (PCG) is a consulting firm currently contracted by Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) to increase the number of in-home service providers in Ohio by assisting applicants to become enrolled as providers.

Registered Nurses perform skilled nursing tasks within their scope of practice. 

Example job duties are to provide services within the nurse’s scope of practice, LPN’s must be supervisor by RN’s, perform duties in accordance with the Individual’s Plan of Care, supervisor duties in the agency setting. 

Minimum qualifications:  Age 18+, Photo ID, Social Security Card, ability to read, write, and understand English, background check, possess a current, valid and unrestricted Ohio nursing license.

Can work full-time or part-time and be employed by an agency or work as an independent provider. 

The Independent Provider Reimbursement Rate is $56.26 for the first hour, $7.46 for each additional 15 minutes worked. 

Agency employee wages are at the discretion of the employer.  When working with a Managed Care Organization, your rates will be determined through your contract with them.
