Job Description: Snelling Staffing has multiple full-time CNC Programmer positions in Canton, OH.
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled CNC Programmers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts to tight tolerances.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications of the desired product
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot machine errors and perform maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools including bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, CMM, hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of G & M codes
- Be efficient with .001 / .002 tolerances
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
- MUST have 1 to 3 years of experience
- Must have your own tools
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Manual machine knowledge a plus

Details: Full time. First Shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). 40 hours/week. Monday through Friday. $25.00/hour or more based on experience.
Qualifications: High school diploma / GED or vocational / technical degree. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Driver’s License Requirement(s): Must Have Valid Driver’s License.
