Public Health Emergency Preparedness Planner
Join our team! The Fulton County Health Department is hiring a public health emergency preparedness planner. This position (if full time) will also contribute to department-wide performance and quality improvement. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Coordinate preparation, planning and training of public health resources and personnel responding during an emergency (70% of full time position, 100% of part time position).
- Contribute to organization-wide processes of performance and quality improvement (30% of full time position).
- Bachelor’s degree with emergency management, public health, biology or related focus is required. Applicants with Master’s degree welcomed.
- Bilingual applicants welcomed.
- Pay range $23.77 to $29.28/hr., 21 - 35 hour workweek, paid holidays, retirement benefits, sick and vacation time.
