PCG is recruiting Personal Care Aides, Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurses. Provide rates listed below:
Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – Personal Care Aides assist individuals with activities of daily living. Example job duties are bathing, grooming, dressing, cleaning, homemaking activities and transporting to appointments or errands. Individuals can either be employed by an agency or be an independent provider.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Age 18+
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language.
- Background Check
- Appropriate Training Documents
Independent Provider Reimbursement Rate - $22.32 for the first hour worked, $5.58 for each additional 15 minutes worked.
Home Health Aide (HHA) – Home Health Aides assist individuals with activities of daily living. Individuals are employed by an agency. Example job duties are bathing, grooming, dressing, cleaning, homemaking activities and transporting to appointments or errands.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Age 18+
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- Background Check
- Appropriate Training Documents
- Reimbursement Rate – Agency employee wages are at the discretion of the employer.
Home Care Attendant (HCA) – Home Care Attendants provide semi-skilled nursing related tasks. Individuals are independent providers. Example job duties are assisting with self-administration of medications, assists with the performance of nursing tasks, assist individuals with activities of daily living.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Age 18+
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- Background Check
- Appropriate Training Documents
Independent Provider Reimbursement Rate - $27.53 for the first hour worked, $3.24 for each additional 15 minutes worked.
Nurses (LPN or RN) – Nurses perform skilled nursing tasks within their scope of practice. Individuals can be employed by an agency or be an independent provider. Example job duties are to provide services within the nurse’s scope of practice, LPN’s need to be supervised by RN’s, perform duties in accordance with the Individual’s Plan of Care and supervisory duties in the agency setting,
Minimum Qualifications:
- Age 18+
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- Background Check
- Possess a current, valid, and unrestricted Ohio nursing license.
The Independent Provider Reimbursement Rate is $48.00 (LPN)/$56.26 (RN) for the first hour worked, $6.24 (LPN)/$7.46 (RN) for each additional 15 minutes worked, agency employee wages are at the discretion of the employer.
