What you will do:
This position will perform general maintenance tasks in support of the component repair process to include, but is not limited to cleaning, painting, and sanding in accordance with applicable manuals and internal processes and policies.
What you need:
1 year experience in any industry utilizing basic mechanical skills
Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in the English language
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work at height of 50 feet
Ability to wear respirator and safety gear associated with painting and to work with cleaning chemicals
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills:
Prior work experience with aircraft operations in any capacity preferred
Airframe License preferred
1 year experience in any industry utilizing basic mechanical skills
Experience working in a fast-paced industrious environment against deadlines
Able to provide own tools as required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to twist, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl & climb and sustain those positions for an extended period of time
Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet
Ability to work with arms raised above head and perform repetitive tasks and motions
Ability to fit in tight places
Ability to work in confined spaces with respiratory equipment
Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
Ability to precisely manipulate hand tools in a variety of situation
