What you need:
High School Diploma or GED
Airframe and Powerplant License
5 years aircraft maintenance experience in a shop, line or heavy maintenance environment.
Prior experience with sheet metal and structural aircraft part assembly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prefer prior experience with hydraulic and electrical wiring of aircraft components.
Working knowledge of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR Part 145 repair station operations
Prefer shop level maintenance or part fabrication experience
