Seeking Solders, Winders, Potters, and Assemblers! 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm M-F
TheProduction Associateis responsible for the manufacturing of components, the assembly and of finished products as well as assigned soldering processes as required (i.e. Soldering components, configuring cabling, and configuring wires). These individuals manufacture product in compliance with production control documentation and he/she is under the direct supervision of the production supervisor. This person is responsible for the quality of their work and meeting all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned. 1st shift needed: 6am-2:30pm
What You'll Do
Assists with the movement of materials through the workstations and properly label all bins and trays
Ensure product meets the current quality requirements
Raises issues or concerns with components, processes, documentation when needed
Responsible for operating equipment and processes per process specifications
Responsible for documenting time to appropriate manufacturing orders
Responsible for following process specifications and production rules
Helps with improving processes throughout the department or center of excellence

What You'll Bring
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to handle and assemble small parts
Soldering experience
Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working with chemicals and solvents in a manufacturing environment
