Job Summary
RetireMed is seeking a results-oriented Health Insurance Plan Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will primarily consult with clients via phone but will also be asked to conduct virtual appointments and in-person meetings to match prospective clients with the right Medicare or Individual and Family health plans. This advisor will also work with field sales to support community events as needed. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals navigate one of life’s most important healthcare decisions.
Responsibilities
- Enroll leads in Medicare or Individual/Family plans through phone, Zoom/Teams, and face-to-face appointments.
- Effectively work with other team members and the manager to support a queue of inbound sales leads
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and maintain a company determined closing ratio.
- Educate clients on Medicare and Individual/Family health plan options tailored to their personal needs.
- Explain RetireMed’s lifelong support services to foster client trust and referrals.
- Proactively manage your sales pipeline using CRM and follow up on all leads.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, CMS, and internal guidelines.
- Accurately document all client interactions and complete required enrollment forms.
- Participate in ongoing product, carrier, and compliance training.
