Job Description

Rachel & Friends, Inc. is currently seeking full time and part time Direct Support Professionals

Requirements
  • Must have driver's license and BMV Driver History Review
  • Must have a certification in CPR and First Aid
  • Previous experience working with adults with developmental disabilities a plus
  • Transport individuals to the program from their homes and to other activities in the community
  • Must have the ability to go with the flow and adapt to changes in the schedule
  • Must work well in challenging situations
  • Ensure individual program goals are the focus of daily interactions and support forward progress
  • Provide a safe and structured environment where those in the program can learn and grow
  • Provide excellent customer service to those in the program and their families
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug test
  • High School Diploma/GED
