Family owned and operated regional service company who has been growing successfully since 1934 has a Data Entry opening. This full-time position requires a dependable, organized, and highly motivated individual. Based in our Wheeling office this is a Monday through Friday job.
Minimum job requirements include:
- 10-key Calculator experience
- Basic accounting and data entry
- Solid Excel experience including the ability to understand basic formulas and key in data.
- Telephone customer service
- Must have a positive attitude and be team oriented
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Highly professional and dependable
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep accurate records
- High level of attention to detail
- Maintain records on a daily basis and report them to management as needed
- Communicate with multiple departments on a daily basis
