Job Description:

Under the direction of the Maintenance Director responsible for general maintenance and repair of all ABHS sites and maintenance. General service and repair for vehicles, if needed.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs, roofing, interior & exterior painting, carpentry and familiarity with HVAC preferred
• Ability to climb ladders, perform overhead bulb replacement/maintenance of lighting fixtures
• Position is very physical and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and/or climbing frequently.
• Must frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Have (or be willing to obtain) and maintain First Aid/CPR Training
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess valid -Ohio driver license with acceptable driving record and insurance
• Minimum 1 year experience in general building maintenance, painting, and repairs
