Direct Support Program Supervisor
Job Description:
This role is for a Program Supervisor to oversee a six person ICF, requires a leader who is dependable and skilled to manage behavioral and medical issues within the context of a team of professionals. Must have flexible schedule and manage staff schedules, fill in shifts as needed (on-call).
Skills:
- Experience working with IDD population in a Direct Care setting
- 1 Year of Caregiving Experience minimum
- Previous Manager/Supervisor experience in a Direct Care setting
Compensation:
- $21.50hr

Schedule:
- Full time
- 36 to 40hrs weekly
- Sunday through Saturday
- varying weekdays from 8am-8pm and every other Saturday and Sunday required 8am-8pm
