About the Job

Schedule | Monday - Thursday | 7:30pm - 6:00am (Overtime on Fridays if needed)

Pay rate | $22 - $27 per hour (Based on experience)

Daily tasks:

Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances for finished pieces

Follows operational sequences and setup requirements with minimal supervision

Conducts basic quality checks, deburring, and performs necessary tool changes

Selects, aligns, and secures fixtures, tools, and materials on machinery like mills, lathes, and saws

Calculates and adjusts machine settings for feeds, speeds, coolant flow, and depth of cut, and makes programming edits as needed

Monitors machine operations to detect malfunctions, adjusting controls to maintain accuracy

Uses precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and communicates with team members for task coordination

Qualified candidates will have high school diploma or GED, two years of trade school, vocational education and/or work experience.
