Job Description

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is a 107-year-old mission driven social enterprise serving southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana.  While most are familiar with our globally recognized thrift store operations, we are much more.  Sales from these stores fund employment, training, education and a myriad of other programs and services to members of our community.  In 2021, Goodwill placed 2,879 individuals in community employment, provided housing and other support to 373 Veterans and recycled more than 48 million pounds of donated material, all while being recognized as a best place to work.

Our organization is preparing to increase investments in our community by expanding services, growing foundational supports and adding to our retail store operations.  Our team will drive these ambitious efforts as Servant Leaders supporting a fun and respectful work environment.  Today, we are in search of our new Vice President of Finance, who will develop staff at all levels of the organization as we position our existing team to enter new markets.  This position will report to the CEO and serve as our subject matter expert and strategic advisor supporting our mission to “provide rehabilitation services to persons of working age…to maximize their vocational independence.”
