Pay: $19 per hour

Available Shifts: Monday to Friday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm or 3:30 pm-12 am

As a Machine Operator, you will mix and blend raw materials according to specified formulas, supporting our production needs while ensuring compliance with safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality protocols. Your contributions in the blending department will be vital to maintaining an efficient and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Follow SOPs, batch sheets, and production schedules for accurate mixing of raw materials.

Operate forklifts to manage and organize chemicals.

Control the flow of materials between tanks and fill lines.

Utilize electronic scales for precise measurement of ingredients.

Prepare and clean raw materials before and after each batch.

Monitor ingredient and wastewater systems.

Test batch samples using pH meters and viscometers.

Clean and sanitize processing equipment.

Handle hazardous materials following strict safety protocols.

Perform housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Strong math skills and keen attention to detail.

Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
