Position Overview




Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Executive Officer & Assistant to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of NASIC/A9 and as required to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Modeling and Simulation Officer (CMSO), including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials. Ensure the executives are prepared for meetings and have all the required information beforehand. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions.


Responsibilities




Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executives. This may include drafting emails, reports, presentations, or other communications. Be the first point of contact for the executives, prioritizing correspondence and responding on their behalf when appropriate.
Coordinate and track progress of ongoing projects within the digital transformation and analytic modernization initiatives. Provide updates to the executives and collaborate with different teams to ensure milestones are met on time.
Organize, schedule, and facilitate meetings, including team meetings, executive meetings, and cross-functional meetings. This includes preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items.
Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, travel arrangements, and office supply management. Ensure the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Assist in the organization and management of office data and information systems. Ensure data integrity and accessibility for the executives.
Aid in decision-making processes by gathering, analyzing, and presenting relevant information to the executives.


Qualifications




Required Qualifications:

Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
Bachelor's in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
Minimum of 8 years (or 6 with Master's Degree) experience in an Executive support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time-management skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Organization skills
Ability to multitask
Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
Interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processes
Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related field
Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)


Global Comp




$91,000- $130,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
