Job Description
We are seeking a Production Foreperson to work at our plant. As part of your job you willbe responsible for:

Providingcoverage for time off requests for Ink Technicians and Shift Supervisors
Assistingin all activities of Ink Production
Issuingdaily Assignments, follow up on Assignments, assist Supervisors as needed,
Servingas the lead person when covering for Shift Supervisor
Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent
Knowledge of all workstations in Production
Good written and verbal communication skills to motivate and encourage team members
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance
Basic understanding of daily work flow through all departments, in basic equipment
Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be flexible with work schedule
