Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay | $17 - $19 per hour

Requirements | 4+ years of call center, customer service, or other office-related experience

Customer Service Representative Job Duties

Be responsible for entering accurate entry and pricing structures, providing set-up information and product images, always eliciting excellent customer service, processing customer orders, shipments, and returns, assisting the accounting department, creating invoices, assisting with sales initiatives to increase wholesale sales opportunities, and performing other general administrative tasks.
