Your Title: Marketing Data Analyst

Job Location: Hybrid role in either Westminster, CO - Portland, OR - Dayton, OH - Sunnyvale, CA

What You Will Do

Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels, including email, content marketing, webinars, and digital advertising. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation activities. Collaborate with the demand generation team to set up and monitor lead scoring models and lead nurturing programs. Conduct in-depth analysis of the marketing funnel, from lead generation to opportunity creation and closed deals. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI. Manage and maintain data quality within marketing automation and CRM systems. Assist in the development of multi-touch attribution models to understand the impact of various marketing touchpoints. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing analytics and reporting.

What Skills And Experience You Should Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field

3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B software environment

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Solid understanding of B2B marketing metrics, funnel analysis, and demand generation strategies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling or machine learning

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQLfor data analysis

Familiarity with ecommerce strategies and metrics

Experience with marketing attribution models and tools

Certification in Google Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms

Strong communication skills with a wide range of audiences
