As our creative services expand, we are seeking full-time instructional designers to join the Information Design team-a group of writers, designers, technical communicators, and other creative individuals who are passionate about improving lives. We provide creative guidance and develop compelling content, branding, documents, and trainings for a wide audience.


Responsibilities




Empower learners to excel in their roles by producing effective training materials and e-learnings
Partner with experts to gain a deep understanding of the subject matter
Collaborate with other teams to simplify and visualize technical information
Option to learn how to write and publish task-oriented help documentation for Medpace clinical trial software

Skills/Characteristics
Advocate for learners and provide input during meetings
Care about the details and notice even small inconsistencies in language, visuals, and format
Embrace new opportunities and balance projects as priorities change
Desire to improve our services, processes, and UX/UA/UI by integrating new technology and best practices


Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in instructional design, professional writing, technical communication, or related field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
Proficient knowledge of software designed for technical communication
(Knowledge of these programs is a plus: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Snagit, Visio)
Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop effective learning materials for various audiences
