StandardAero is seeking a motivated, eager, and innovative student looking to join our Learning & Development team in Cincinnati OH for the 2025 summer term.

As an intern at StandardAero, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence.

Job Duties:

Students may be involved in one or many of the following:

Assist in designing and developing training materials such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.
Support trainers in organizing workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions.
Research and gather content for learning modules on various topics like soft skills, technical skills, and company-specific knowledge.
Collect feedback from training sessions through surveys, assessments, and focus groups.
Compile and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Create reports on training outcomes, participation rates, and improvement areas.
Coordinate with trainers, employees, and external vendors to schedule and prepare for training sessions.
Handle administrative tasks like maintaining training attendance records, updating participant profiles, and organizing feedback forms.
Communicate with employees to gather training needs and interests.
Research best practices in learning and development to support innovation within the department.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

Enrollment in relevant College or University program
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Passion for Learning & Development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Confident with facilitating training to multiple audience
Ability to interact with various stakeholders
Proficient in research skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Articulate 360: storyline, rise
Experience with Absorb
Knowledge of Instructional Design Models (ADDIE, Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction, ASSURE, Merrill's Principles of Instruction, The Kemp Instructional Design)
