Expected Starting Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.05

Location/Unit: Burnet Campus - Specialty Resource Unit

Working as a Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, you will enjoy:

* Embracing relationship-based care while engaging with patients and families
* Working in a milieu setting for the management of patients and families to provide direct care in collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team and to bring the best care to the patient
* A state-of-the-art mental health facility that opened in October 2023!
* Implementing individualized patient care plans, which may include completing behavioral assessments
* Leading and co-leading Psychiatric Educational groups ensuring therapeutic outcomes

Qualifications:

Required:

* High school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline OR
Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
